They ought to rename this app "Bugs" due to the constant crashing, freezing, sometimes skipping back two or three songs for no reason at all. Even after downloading a Playlist to my phone, it will still struggle to play more than a song or two without crashing. I've been paying for premium for several years and feel trapped. I feel that the content I always want is ONLY available on the nugs platform. PLEASE put some more of our money into app development 🙏🏼

I finally gave this a try after hearing about it and am impressed. All the recordings (both video and just audio) are high quality. I also like being able to go back an re-experience concerts I attended which are on here. My only issue is that I still haven't figured out how to purchase music on here. Ideally, I could purchase a physical copy of a show I attended, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Other than that, I love nugs 🙂

Very terrible app. Pretty much forces you to make an account and subscribe in order to do the most basic things. Downloading, making a library & playlist, favoriting an artist are all things that REQUIRE a subscription. I paid for the music, I should be able to download it right after that, but instead you are forced to jump through hoops. Like, I don't even have access to the music ANYWHERE unless I use this app.

A free account is required to use our app. A free trial or subscription is required to create a playlist, add Artists your Favorites and/or save audio for offline playback. The audio saved offline is only accessible within the nugs mobile app. Contact us on help.nugs.net if you have any other questions.
